Yes, we are a not-for-profit company that seeks to fund programs to benefit the youth and missions of the Brookhaven community. As a result, your donations are tax deductible. We are staffed by volunteers from the community and we are seeking to raise funds to support these goals by reselling used books and media. Many people who give us their books are simply looking for a way to clear some space, while also helping their used items get a second chance. We will try to resell as many donated items as we can, and try to donate or recycle whatever we cannot.
Why donate books?
We'll find great use for them! We are dedicated to keeping books out of the trash and putting them in the hands of those who need and want them.
